I killed a SCWA mallard with a 2004 band on 23 Jan 2009 buddys dog comes swim up and two more mallards started to pitch in the hole we were in,an I hear him "it's got a band" I almosted paniced then he said "oh it's just a Waterfowl Bird" my heart dropped to an all-time low. We found out that was the last year they banded so he was 5 1/2 bet he swam under more docks than most breams!!!
P.S. I DO NOT SUPPORT SCWA IN ANY SINCE OR THERE MALLARD PROJECT IF THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THAT STUPID SHIT THERE WOULDN'T BE 50,000 A-HOLES ON THE LAKE NOW A DAY!!!
My thoughts exactly JAB. I figure, i'll never retire, always work doing something. Rather have boats, guns now and be able to use em than to save and save and then be too out of health to enjoy it.
