    If it is not open it has been pushed back again... I heard on the radio a week or so ago about the Grand Opening

    Saw an ad on TV last night that it's opening soon, whatever the hell that means. It's been "opening soon" for months.

    Like Snob said, the 24th. I was next door at Home Dopey last week and cruised by hoping it was open. Signs indicated not 'till the 24th...

    Having first hand involvement in the development, I can confirm their grand opening date is July 24th. Greenville needs Academy Sports and Outdoors! They will definitely be filling a huge gap in our market and certainly make life easier on sportsmen. In addition to sporting goods, they have everything else imaginable that you can wear or use outdoors. Please be sure to check them out end of this month.
