i'm not getting a damn thing(can't really duck hunt here in the desert)...which means the NEXT season, when i'm in different territory(hopefully TN) i can convice the wife that i get double the stuff since i laid off for a year. i'll need a bigger boat, since i don't really want to have to hunt out of a 1436 on the KY lake or lake barkley. i'll be getting a pair of breatheables then too. my waders have been leaking for about 2 yrs. now.

I'd go with 60 bushels this year. Remember last year we went with 45 and it was all gone by the second mornin

    -Some birds
    -Cold weather
    -Open season on RHs
    -hopefully 2 OOS trips

That's the route I take in warm weather. Works like a charm

Oh, I don't need shit. I'll make it happen with what I got or die trying...or of boredom, whichever comes first. Come to think of it, I wish Tater Tot was a tad bit older so I could go back to carrying my bottle of Rock and Rye all the time and not just when I think far enough ahead to start coughing the night before.

if it don't get cold, i'll just use my leaky patched waders, Need a pair though, just really hate max4 which seems to be all they have around here. Need to order the case of estate #3's too. Also need to finish burlapping my deeks and i should be set.

Looking to get 4 dozen G&H Ringnecks. Got rid of 5 dozen GHG Ringnecks last year. Paint peeled off them and they looked like "plastic toy ducks" on the water. Even in a good breeze they just sat there. Fell back and regrouped, painted a dozen Herters divers as ringers and killed some birds. This year I'll be ready for some ringer killing. Late season ringers actually get a little skeetish, believe it or not! Oh, why Avery stuff? Never had much luck with their products. It just doesn't seem to hold up?

Gonna upgrade the ghg woodies, to the new ones, along with the new green and blue wing teal, add a few pintails, a couple blacks, finish painting 30 old flamb. and hot buy mallards to bluebills, and ringnecks. 2 cases of kent, and my trusty browning gold hunter with the kicks, and a strong north wind.

I've worn the Cabala's breatheables for the past 8 years. I've hunted North Dakota (in the teens), Arkansas (in the single digits), and South Carolina (in the teens) and have never been cold (and I'm pretty old with thin blood......but not whimpy like a lot of the punks on SC Ducks). The comfort factor of the breatheables cannot be beat!
