Thanks JAB. Got a long way to go before I will be ready this year. Might even have to just take a year off. I will need to find a boat here and with no job as of yet, it will have to take a back seat to everything else. If I get the bug real bad I guess I could hunt out the kayak.

Cabelas, MAcks, wings supply and BPS can keep there useless shit this year... I don't need it. Money will be spent on beer
Don't forget, you need some wader gaiters...

New waders for me also and a case of shells. Thats about it for me this coming year. I, like a few others have mentioned, will be getting rid of more stuff than I buy.

I may be in the minority by far, but my next (breathable) waders will be stocking foot. Gonna get some light boots and go forth.

I was amazed at the bird boys in Argentina wearing stocking foot waders... with scuba boots.

I need a damn headlight that will last more than a few weeks. And might even pull the trigger on some new waders....it gets old rotating between 2 pairs of waders that have been patched a million times.

Three longlines and droppers for the sea duck rig.
Earlier this year I bought some herters 72s from a board member that need to be picked up. With some paint, they'll be my new sea duck rig.

I hope to go out more with my Dad this year. We don't get many chances to go because of his work but he has already set aside a 7 days to take off whenever the birds are around or work gets old. I also want to spend less time worrying about killing ducks and more time just hanging out in the woods with my friends and family.

oh and I want to get an old school double barrel. I'll be saving up for a while...........

I already splurged on a 1992 Yamaha Timberwolf to help spread the seed.

    Land...I want land.

I ain't making another major purchase till I get some either.

Thought about ordering some land from Cabelas, but shipping would kill me. Y'all got any idea what it costs to ship 100 acres across several states?

I'll be lightnin the load this year. the more I hunt, the more I realize what I can do without. fewer decoys. the right clothes, not necessarily more clothes. This "old school" camo bullshit makes me sick. I've been collecting mossy oaks original bottomland pattern for a number of years now. I do this for several reasons. One, its a bad ass pattern. It works really well. not the new bottomland, but the old one. the new one is great too but it is not the same. I'm talkin about the 1986, mississippi river bottom, dirt and leaves in a zip loc baggy, camo before it became a fashion show, tradition rich mossy oak bottomland.
Sorry, you hit a sore spot.
