    Default Buddies first shot at a duck this morning...

    Took a buddy of mine on his 3rd duck hunt of his life this morning. Only had 4 woodies come in. Two came in and landed at our feet 2 minutes before legal..... I held him off from shooting... Then 2 more several minutes after legal...

    He had a beautiful shot at a drake and his gun didn't fire.... the shell was dud.!!!! Man
    he was upset.. Anyone care to guess what brand shell it was? I think he's turned off to this brand for life!! LOL

    I raised my gun to shoot after his ammo failed to fire and my sling flipped up and over my barrel as I raised my gun obstructing my line of site. All I saw was "Butler Creek" LOL... That ever happened to you?

    Yep and went to throw up one time and grabbed the sling at the same time and was unable to pump after the first shot.......

    i had a mis-fire the other day while patterning my gun. scared the shit out of me. never had it happen before. thought it was gonna go off in my face. BTW, Kent.

    With the sling problems, I tend to try to hold the sling with my pinky as I'm holding the forearm.

    I've had that happen with cheap Estate, but at least I knew what I had paid for. I'd be pissed about paying for a "quality" shell and this happening. Guess Kent is getting a reputation for it if they get wet.
