He was one of those guys that I would never question borrowing my boat if his was in the shop.
There was a lot of unanswered questions on toxicology in his case…… his questions would’ve been a moot point had he left the boat at the dock.

Driver of the boat tested negative for alcohol?
I just got back from camp yesterday and made a day trip back upriver, normally I run at 2 a.m., less traffic, but I use radar. I won't run that river at night without radar now, or drink and drive a boat, day or night.

Article said he had drank earlier in the day but a blood draw at the hospital came back negative for alcohol.
