So, Jury Nullification or Innocent? MG
Dum Spiro Spero
Innocent after sitting in jail for 3 years because the Judge wouldn't give the retired professor and business owner a bond. Same judge that routinely lets thugs out of jail like it is her job. The judiciary is every bit as corrupt as the rest of government...
Saw a video this morning of how trashed that gas station was after the verdict. Smashed windows, every surface spraypainted with RIPs and F Chow. Also read that Mr. Chow sold the business already.
I'm sure it was a grand misunderstanding and that future doctor that came into the gas station with an empty backpack and stolen pistol with an extended magazine and a "switch" for legitimate business.
Yeah, the Patel's got the shaft on that deal, but they asked for it, too...
Hope he applies for Wrongful Conviction Compensation, looks like it maxes out at $145.000 in Chow’s situation but it’s better than nothing.
I am hoping that he will run for Governor. He is a hell of a lot better than the current field...
I saw Leon on the news clip his am clearing the road intersection for the protestors to enjoy and not worry about getting run over
A Nation of Sheep Breeds a Government of Wolves!
I saw Leon and his VICE crew bent on the murder of a black guy outside of Elbow Room circa 1988. No stopping it. We stopped it anyway.
I'd say Leon has been a good Sheriff for Richland County. He is also a Major General in the State Guard. Old habits and whatnot...

Chow was not found guilty of murder because he was overcharged by the prosecution.
The jury had no choice but to hind him innocent of murder
The question is, was Chow overcharged by the State intentionally?
Smells like something Alan Wilson might pull.
I think we can remember a case with some strong similarities to this being discussed on here a few years ago. Somebody posted a South Carolina law about defending yourself and your property and the way it read to me was you have a LOT of leeway in doing that. The guy and protecting himself in that case was not guilty either and the deceased was white so no nearly the same uproar.
I was doing a job at the school right across the street when it happened.
Chow had a photo “wanted” board at the register of everyone who had stolen from him and he kept it updated with a description of what they stole. It was huge and funny to read.
I think he had two previous shootings there that he didn’t get charged on.
