    Default Lake Wateree Levels

What’s the lake level right now? Looking at renting a house towards the back of beaver creek in a few weeks.
I don’t want to go if the waters too low to access the dock.

    Thanks

I don’t fish lakes so wasn’t sure if I was reading it correctly. 1.5’ Over target depth should mean I’m good I’m guessing.
It does look like the back of that creek gets shallow quickly which was more of a concern.

It does. The lake fluctuates.. if you're in a jon you should be okay in the back back, it's really shallow back there.. the center of it before each run is the shallower part.

With it being much lower then that I used to have to skip my jon across those sandbars. 98.6 is good water though, I'd say near a foot higher then normal summer stage.

I’m in an 18ft Xpress I can get pretty shallow.

Looks to be about 6-7 houses from the back on the east side.

    Yes sir

When you're exiting Beaver Creek under the bridge, stay on the right side leaving.. there's some structure that'll catch you if it's not marked

Yesterday the water was at the top of the sea walls when I got there at 10am. When I left it at 5 had risen more. The water was up on the centipede grass.

I always use this analogy with Wateree.. think of a bigger lake Like Murray. Murray is like a bathtub with a garden hose running in and out... Wateree is like a five gallon bucket with a water hose running in and out.

figured, sometimes they'll be a little buoy on it... I've seen people hit it for most of my life. It'll jolt the ya, even in a jon when the water isn't decent.
