On one hand, we're complaining about all the yankees swarming here and then noting the difficulty in getting permits to build housing for new transplants.. I wonder if permits are being slow-walked in an unofficial effort to slow the population explosion? If so, I'm not sure where I stand. We don't have any laws that let us moderate the suffocating influx of new people.

It’s on everything, commercial, residential, hospitality, etc. Mine was a columbarium for a Catholic Church to bury dead Yankees. You’d think if that premise held, they’d of fast tracked that one.

That's what happens when the property owners ban dog hunting
Dog hunters been paying those leases for a gazillion years. Landowners banned dog hunting and sold it to developers.
