Is Mid-South Guns in Wagram, NC worth the hype? I've heard they have an impressive amount of guns.
Reasonable or are they outrageously priced? Hard to find any practical reviews.

I have never been, but it has been recommended by just about everyone I talk to about the old shotguns. The real American made 'best guns'. Had a buddy looking for a 16 ga LC Smith and recommended Mid South to him. He drove all the way from West Virginia and they had 6 of these guns in the store..that's wild to me. He bought a nice feather weight 16 ga and got a good deal. Of course they have all kinds of other stuff, and I am waiting for my turn to go..patiently. Ahem.
At least I'm housebroken.
Never been, but it’s on my list if I’m ever randomly in the area.
It’s good for a walk through. Sorry but there’s no real steal of a deal left out there with online auctions.
I think it is worth the trip. I've never seen that number of nice and unique guns anywhere else. I've only been once, on the way to the southern side-by-side, several years ago. They had a pretty little 28 gauge superposed that I am still kicking myself for not buying. I thought prices were reasonable.
I’ve stopped in twice over the past decade when I was in their area. Give yourself at least an hour or more if you like older guns. I didn’t make a purchase either time but I thought their prices were fair. They do handle currently manufactured guns too.
I’d be surprised if you don’t find your 1100 LT20 there. Fair deals, maybe a hair cheaper than online auctions, but not by much. Worth the trip even if you walk out empty handed.
Worth the visit. Wagram however is not good, which wasn't the question. Lock your truck.

If you are looking for older shotguns, US manufacturers in particular, then it's worth your time to stop in. They have a ton of SxS lined up against the outer walls so take your time looking... If you're looking for the latest Benelli or Beretta, they may have it in stock but it likely won't be worth an out of the way trip.
Most definitely worth the trip...
Woohoo
Well what’d you get…
And how many lt20s and what were the going price?

I still need an LT20 magnum
I think that’s the best 1100 ever made. I like things that are timeless.
