FWIW, Form 4 trust submittals are taking around 3 weeks.

Individual Form 4 is same day to 4-5 days.

(Form 1's are still in the realm of 2 months regardless of trust vs. individual submittal.)

Just get the can in your name, then use the eForms site to do a Form 4 transfer to your trust once you have the can in hand. (Or, do nothing since the new ATF rule is supposed to cover a spousal unit.)

Times are all over the place. I had 2 come back this morning, yes on a Sunday. 1 month and 1 day. Trust. Last week I had a Trust come back at 17 days.

Should I be able to see my request on the atf eform sight as its progressing through the system? I ask because I am concerned PSA put something in wrong. But maybe I am going to have to wait a month like you mentioned above. Thanks, MG

This is the only way to look at any Form 4 stuff that a 3rd party has submitted.

Also - when PSA submits the form, you get a copy of everything emailed to you.

If you haven't gotten the ATF email containing your form submittal, then they've not done the eforms yet.
