Due to a recent court order, the red snapper exempted fishing permits issued by NOAA Fisheries to the four South Atlantic states, including South Carolina, have been suspended until further notice. This means that SCDNR cannot issue permits for the red snapper fishing beginning July 1, 2026, as planned. Please stay tuned for further updates as they become available. Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
