    Default Lowcountry boats?

Anyone have one/had one? Looking for a new rig and like the layout, 18ft with a tiller. Whats the peanut gallery say? It will be for personal use, wont be chartered during the week if that matters.

I have one. 17ft with a gator tail. Like anything else it has its time and place. Bought it used a few years back. Couldn't imagine buying one new but that's just my opinion. Overall the quality is great and its gets the job done. I like my high tide more though..

A buddy has one. He beats the shit out of it. Had a gatortail on it and traded for a 70hp Yamaha. It will scream. Bottom is beat to shit, like car roof after a bad hail storm. It’s been sunk once and resurrected. I say all of that to say he likes it. Layout is excellent.

Dude. That thing has a horizontal brace that snapped in half and flops in the wind.

Forgot about the brace. They wouldn’t fix it for him if I remember correctly but they probably looked at the rest of the boat and said aw hell naw
