I thought to myself earlier when I looked at the post, I wonder what an elephant ribeye (equivalent) would taste like? But after thinking about it, it seems like it would be much tougher than beef. Seems an elephant would use its muscles much more than a butchered cow like we are accustomed to.

I had zebra in Kenya, and it was awesome. However, I cannot fathom what an elephant would taste like.

It tastes exactly like you think it would. Tough, oily, and not worth a shit. They say the heart is the best part, but we didn’t eat any of that.
