It's much better looking and bigger than the pictures show. Now I just have to find a place to hang it that my wifes happy with.

Right over the headboard in the bedroom, I would say.

I'd say put it somewhere when they rounded a corner they'd be looking eye level with it and shat their pants.

very nice! who stuffed it for you?

I'm going to BC in September to shoot 2 of them. I've been debating the taxidermy part as i have seen a bunch of bears that looked more like Yogi.

I much prefer head-on rug to shoulder mount. That's what I did with mine. Just don't let your lab get ahold if it like I did.

I've had all three of mine turned into rugs. I keep the skulls on a bookshelf. If/when I kill more, they will be rugs too.

Artistry outwest taxidermy in Weippe Idaho did the mount. Took almost 3 years because they had a container full of African game come in right before me. Well worth the wait

I’ve got two hanging on my banisters. The smallest bear I killed is hung over the back of a chair.

You can do either. I had mine on the floor. The ears and mouth get a little beat up from foot traffic, but nothing that someone handy like you couldn't fix when they do.
