    Default SC draw hunt stats

The numbers are staggering this year. 916 hunters were drawn, they fired 13,062 shells to harvest 2,521 ducks. This worked out to 2.8 ducks / hunter.
the vast majority of ducks killed were green wing teal followed by Gadwalls.

2.8 ducks per hunter per hunt is probably above average nationwide.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

Comes to about 35 bucks per bird, after 3-4 years waiting your turn.

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

You forgot to count gas, shells, and hotel stay. If you want to get exact gotta add truck, gun, clothes, insurance, it all adds up in duck economics haha.
