SilencerCo Scythe Ti finally in-hand. 1/8 submission & 2/11 notification. (6 more forms pending)
Someone educate me .... I can figure out the process for getting a can, but I don't have the time to deep dive on the actual cans and find out what will work best for my rifles.
I'd like a can for a .280 and a 7mm08 ... Possibly my 7mm. None of the barrels are threaded, so I'd have to get that done. What's a good mid range can for those three setups?
I am using the Banish 30- V2 on my larger caliber rifles. No complaints. Simple to clean. Pretty quiet. Lifetime Warranty.
Titanium body. Modular with 11 baffles. Removable end cap, and can be run in a shorter version with 8 baffles if you prefer a shorter overall length. I am well pleased with both my Banish cans.

What's more important? Noise, price, or weight (and direct thread, or a shared mounting system)? They all significantly factor into one another here.
I've got an ass of SilencerCo ASR mounts and all of my cans are HUB compatible, meaning I have outfitted them with various ASR fittings to pop them on & off of stuff.
Noise and price would probably be ahead of weight since they are mainly whitetail guns. I'd probably take the can off if I'm hunting moose/elk/hunts I'm on my feet.
I don't shoot my rifles much ... before the season I make sure it's on zero, after that it's only getting shot if there's an animal downrange.
Well, the quieter they get, the more the price. The more the price, the lighter they are (usually).
Personally, I'm very happy with my SilencerCo Velos 7.62 LBP. I use it on a 7mm Mag and 6.5 PRC without ears & shoot a bunch at paper. (It also is pretty dang phenomenal on a 556 & 300blk AR.)
Having said that, my cheap SiCo Omega 300 and SiCo 36M don't sound much different when I'm behind the trigger; when behind & to the side of a shooter, there's a difference, but it's hard to describe it, as people sense sound/pressure differently. I will say the Velos is rated much higher than the Omega & 36M.
The Scythe Ti that I just picked up is the lightest of the 3 I mentioned up above, but probably the most expensive (unless you catch it half-off like I did).

I have a few silicone Weka's from Australia. I've been very surprised with them, especially when subjected to simulated F/A fire. I've seen them smoke a little, and have some smell, but there's no silicone burnt onto the can and no damage to the cover.
My other covers are honestly Chinese Temu or Ali covers. They fit. They are functional. They're about $6.00.
I have the silicone covers on mostly tri-lug cans that I can move to other guns when hot. The China covers are on bolt guns when slowly shooting paper. I have one sitting on my dresser; I'll check and see if it fits the Scythe when I get home.
The $180 covers are cool and all, but I'm too smart for that.![]()
Jesse's Girl sounds great; finally got approved after about 35 days on a trust. Seems that's been about the average for me in '26. However, i still have 3 pending forms, and one is over 6 weeks now.

That Jesse’s Girl is a sweet looking can.
What’s your source for the Australian cover?

Thanks. It's a pretty good can. I haven't tried it on any rifles yet, but it sounds good on there.
I ordered the B&T Tiger tonight for rimfire can #7. Probably about done with 22 cans (until Innovative Arms starts selling $200 aluminum cans).
I order the covers straight from Weka. Makes sense to get a couple with the shipping charges.
Even after a 556 mag dump, it doesn't melt. Kinda surprised.

Today was the 1st time using Jesse's Girl on a rifle. I was not disappointed.
Lots of twats knock aluminum cans.
I'm not some super-secret assassin. I'm not overly concerned with FRP. I just enjoy great suppression while shooting. This one does it well.
(Much better than the ABSOLUTE piece of shit JK Armament can. I'm still mad at Steelin' for that one.)
