    Default Polaris ranger Accessories

Just got a Polaris Ranger 1000 with a winch and front/back windshields. Looking for ideas on what other accessories you’d recommend. What gun rack do you like? Any other gear that’s been especially useful?
I’ll be using it around the house and for hunting mostly — not much trail riding or mud bogging.
    Appreciate any suggestions!

A good basket that is elevated so you don’t take away bed space,, I had a buddy that had a front golf cart basket and didnt need it so I made it into a basket I will take some pics tomorrow and show it also I use this to haul guns, you can see a little of the basket I am talking about

Yes I got bored so I paint matched the gun boot.

I’ve got a small round bar steel rear bumper that was less than $200. It’s nice for backing up in the woods at night to make sure you don’t hit the tailgate or a light if you do back into something by accident, also added a light under the rear bumper on its own switch. And I have a led strip light under the roof of the cab, makes it nice if you drop something in the floor at night or looking for it ignition switch or getting something out of the glovebox

I think accessories are nerdy, just me probably.. maybe it's just the need of personalizing every object you own.. like back glass stickers. The one though, I'd suggest, if it doesn't already have it is a back glass, or something to close the back of the cab in. That's the only one I'd say would be an almost must.

A rear facing light for loading deer or whatever at night. I also have a light bar mounted to the roof that I use a lot. It really brightens things up, Especially when the headlights get covered in mud.

Cam Locker tool box is a must once you've used a buggy with one for a while. Little pricey but having what you need on hand is nice!

Like others have said, rear facing lights so you can see in the bed and backing up at night. I also like the eye bolt drop in bed attachment points, cheap and easy to move around. I use them to secure the water tank when doing prescribed burns. I like the idea of the headache rack that Charlie Horse has.

I killed two hogs last weekend and a loader winch would have come in handy if I didn't have help to load them.

Interior light helps a lot and like others have said rear lights when loading critters, to others mine might look like that there is a lot going on but everything has a purpose.

Metal roof if you go deep woods. I've seen folks tear their plastic roofs apart, and mine takes a beating.
