    Default Need new waders...again

Bought a pair of Rogers breathables during the end of the season sale two years ago.
Used about 4 times last year. Little leak started about 3rd use. Used them today for the first time and got soaked. Stupid. They had great reviews too. They have not been used hard either. Need a new pair that wont break the bank. What yall recommend

I really like Roger’s but I did find a pin hole in the crotch of mine today. Second season with them.

I’ll probably keep buying Roger’s for now bc the price point is good when on sale.

High N Dry have done me good so far.

I like the fit of my sitkas.. do know a friend of my son who's pair leaked in two years. I store mine safely, have a back up set of Chenes. Year 3 or 4 on those, my son will wear them every so often, not leaking yet

If you hunt 15+ times a year, buy chene. If you’re less than that, buy cheap ones from academy or somewhere else.

I have two pair of chene waders. One pair is 5 years old (bought on the preorder when they first started), they started leaking last week for the first time. I dropped them off and they called me two days ago letting me know a brand new pair is waiting on me when I get back out there. My other pair of chene waders developed a leak for the first time as well (3 years in). I’ll turn those in when I pick up my other pair. They’ll either fix them or replace them.

I don’t know how long the “lifetime” warranty will last, but they’ve been the best waders I’ve ever owned. I used to go through at least one pair of waders a year, sometimes 2 or 3 pair (60ish day per season in waders).

Chene here. Friend thought he had a leak in AR last year. Turns out he just sweated a lot and didn’t dry them out between hunts!! Went by store, they immediately, no waiting, tested them- as he watched, in store. Have not had to test out customer service yet but those who have say their customer service is second to none.

My son has Chene, bought them used off FB. Got a leak, shipped them off, repaired and returned. Think they even sent a short or hat with the waders. He's happy.

I have Rogers breathables, knock on wood, still okay but I try not to get out of the pirogue.

I'm hearing rumors .....there may be a sale on Chene waders soon.

I found 3 pinholes around the belt loops. E6000 took care of the leaks in my Rogers pair. I got a back up for Christmas.

They all gonna leak if you actually use your waders to hunt. It's the ones that leak straight out of the box like these have a history of doing.

Got a pair of Roger’s (at recommendation of friend of mine and his 2 sons that duck hunt quite a bit , in fact I am the one that took him duck hunting for first time) . My old Lacrosse waders bit the dust and served me well

Had not put on pair waders in 10+ yrs and needed a pair for Cedar Island but wanted something for trout fishing as well on our mountain trips

Have to admit really like them so far

My kids got me a pair of TideWe waders for my birthday in November. I hunt 2-3 times per week and have been happy with them. Not sure exactly how much they paid but I think the model I have is around $400 or so.

I wouldn’t give those douchebags on the Arkansas FB groups that much credit, because what they’re spouting off about is bullshit….
