    Default Winch

If I install a hidden winch behind the bumper, How do I get to the controls?

I’m not too sure about that kind of mount. If you get into an angled pull all of your cable can pile up on one side of the drum and cause you a problem. You can’t see what is going on.

So I would still have to crawl under to engage/disengage.........Which makes the remote a moot point..........I was thinking about cutouts in the plastic cover between the grill and radiator.
Got be an easier way with lots of "em" used out there.

There could be. The winches I’ve had are “old”. Some now may not have manual clutches I suppose. You could perhaps leave it “engaged” but I bet that put more strain on winch motor.
