Hey bitch, I made it to the age of 66 now whether I’m still around in two or three months to make it to 67 only the good Lord knows. But I must’ve been doing something right all these years again it ain’t rocket science. Eat reasonable exercise a little bit and enjoy life.

I read a study once that said genetics determine 85% of a person’s longevity regardless of their lifestyle. They one thing it did say that the exercise was key to longevity in addition to genetics..
Not sure if true, but it is interesting.

You'll be able to hear Paul.. he might not be able to hear you, but he'll be in a dove field smoking a camel eating a bojangles biscuit at 93 years old.

I'd have to be honest, unless I pony up for hearing aids by then I won't be able to hear him.

I recently watched a video and they were saying it is 80% life style and 20% genetic.

My wife is mostly carnivore because that’s what treats her gut well and make our house happier but the kids love bread so she went whole hog and bought a grain mill so tonight we had our first loaf of freshly milled bread. This nutritionist she heard said that is the problem with most of the food today that is made from grain. They polish all of the nutrients off and make it dead then add the nutrients back (enriched). Don’t know if it will make a hill of beans but my house will be eating bread from freshly milled grain. Probably won’t help me lose any weight though.

my wife has been ordering some ancient wheat flour from Utah for years now. similar to what your wife is milling. uses it for whatever she is baking which is mostly just breads these days. huge difference in the way I feel after consuming this flour versus the old store stuff...
even desserts like cookies, cakes, cobblers etc dont sit heavy and she uses some unrefined sugar (and its always scaled down in amount).

I recently started making granola, a healthy version if there is such a thing. I love the stuff as a little goes a long ways and its very filling.

A grain mill sounds like the perfect gift for my wife’s bday coming up.
