    Keto isn't my goal. Just transitioning back to carnivore and that comes with it. No sugar(of any kind) no carbs, works for me once I get through it...

    * the xtend
    I believe the xtend doesn't have all the vitamin B. That stuff doesn't sit well with me either. Pre-work out or a Monster with Vit B makes me feel like a crack head.

    Can't defend the food dye thing but not a major worry of mine.

    I will say that I do battle dehydration during the summer months and it seems the xtend has helped that out a good bit.

    Just have to find what works for you and your bodies needs.

    I narrowed down a couple heavy vitamin b supplements over the last couple of years with the same symptoms.. I bought the xtend, 37.99, a week ago, had a scoop in a 12 oz glass and the same symptoms appeared again, then googled symptoms from the xtend. All day affects, woke up feeling fine, and chunked the can.

    I try not to take anything, a decent multivitamin is it. I was taking tongat ali but I'm taking a break from it now for a little bit. I don't do sodas, just black coffee, water, or bubbly fancy water is all I drink. I do know after a few days if I'm not getting enough salt in my diet I'll add some of the pink stuff to water. I eat healthy real food, and fast, usually there's one or two 24 hour fasts in a normal week of mine. Then I prioritize sleep.

    I do dip the shit out of Kodiak. I like it, and I'm keeping that vice. Everything else I'm doing is to stay young and pretty as long as I can.

    A group of us talked about Redman last week over dinner.. I chewed it through about highschool with some Kodiak in there. I need to buy some come dove season. I'd feel a little uncouth spitting that much if I'm not hunting. I don't have to spit with dip, did hear it was like 8 bucks a pouch now. I think my last bag was a a buck eighty nine.

    Think it's closer to $10. When we would go to the Tobacco Festival as kids we would get enough free samples to last a while. Times have certainly changed.

    Tobacco Festival = Sportsman Classic? As teenagers we would leave that place with bags.

    Ha. I think the tobacco companies were at nearly every event short of funerals back then.

    Getting out of school early to go see Jerry Clower was a treat.

    Chew Star. It's only 2.19 a pouch and pretty decent.

    That could be something. Dr. Ann is all about the gut biome and most of us ignore it...

    No one should ever be reduced to off brand tobacco. That also means you Grizzly dippers.. and you guys walking about dipping peach or cherry dip, or whatever sassy flavors that are out there now. You might as well double up on your soy so your tits match your child bearing hips.

    I do a five day fast every other month and a 2-3 day in between. REALLY helps your gut and gets rid of old cells while promoting new ones.

    You're so spirited. Star is good chew. When I was dipping, I was never one for all the flavors. It was wintergreen or straight. When I switched from dip to chew, I couldn't see myself paying 10+ for a pouch of chew, so Star it was. There is no difference between it, Levi, Redman etc as long as you're not doing the flavored chew like peach, apple etc.

    No part a lie. I've been eating watermelon like it was my job here lately. I've been on the wagon for almost a year now but I ain't gonna not eat watermelon in the summer. I'd rather have it than ice cream....
