    Yessir. Been pounding the LMNT. A 'naner would fix it with the quickness. I think I need to start doing 48hr instead of 72hr fasts. Or ca-cane...

    I do XTEND, it's an Electrolyte with BCAA's, No sugar or caffeine.

    When I'm carb flu'in bad I take a cpl days (meals) and do something really basic, like ground meat, avocado & eggs. That's it, I try to keep it as low carb as possible and it seems to shake it faster for me.

    1 teaspoon Pink himalayan fine sea salt
    juice from half a lime
    juice from half a lemon
    16-20 oz of room temp water

    shake that up and drink it, bo....

    and eat some carbs. the world wasnt built on proteins alone.

    and drink a mexican coke from the glass bottle every so often as a treat. real sugar versus that bullcrap high fructose corn syrup in regular coke

    That formula f'd me up for a day, I believe anything with a bunch of vitamin B, or excessive will do it to me. Had another one do it before. Not the runs or anything, but a drunk dizzy feeling, and really hard to focus my eyes.

    I fast once a month because I can. This shite is related to all the bullshit I have shoved down my pie hole the last few weeks starting with a tomato sammich. Turned into chips and dips and other garbage...

    one thing for sure is we are all different to be so similar
    having to find what works best takes trial and error and learning what fits
    and even then, that will change over time

    keep on trucking down the healthy road and the rest will work out

    This is what I drink during the day now. Quit LMNT and Xtend a year or so ago, Xtend has food dyes in it.

    For sure. I did a 72hr fast once and felt so good I went for 96. I quit at 92 with zero energy like now. I never get hungry, just depleted. More exercise is the key to what I am avoiding...
