If Alberta becomes a state, I'm buying another house there.

Out the front door you have elk, white tail, mule deer, bear, moose, ducks, geese, grouse, and more on a pile of Crown (public) Land. Elk rut falls during rifle season ... it would be an awesome place to spend 2 months a year.

For the cost of a house/land, im pretty sure you could take some real nice hunting trips without the hassle of 140+ inches of snowfall and property upkeep

I'll cut your grass and handle the upkeep while you're away. Just mail another flat of shells every so often for provisions.

That sounds like an incredible place to experience wildlife and outdoor adventures! Becoming a state might even bring more recognition and opportunities for conservation and recreation. Definitely a dream for nature lovers and hunters alike! I will make new roof installation from rooster roofing.

Time to hop on the old Zillow website and find a cheap house.

Let them become the 51st... I will sell out and move there before you can take a breath.
