Took couple days off to fish and did ok on Thursday with friend of mine but at least located some fish

Got the please of taking our 10yr old grandson out on Friday am , just he and and I on the boat .

Short trip but the stripers/hybrid were still in same spot, great for 10 yr old. Lines in the water about 8:30 am after short boat ride and by 9:30 we had caught and released 6 stripers/hybrids and 1 gar (which tells me freelines are done if catching gar on them )

Great times and he wanted to learn out to put BB’s on the hook, read graph and also had fun driving boat every where we went

He is already itching to try new waters in June at Harbor Island
