I would agree with all the proposals.

Laws are immutable. Statutes are legislated. All statutes should be in place to protect those who aren't in power and protect the minority, the smallest and most vulnerable of which is the individual (and I'll add American citizen when we are talking about US fed and state statutes.

However, rather than add new laws in some cases how about repeal the ones preventing what ought to happen. ie the gun law.

there's a great big world outside of this web site with tons of "information."

who even knows what the laws are these days? many of them arent enforced. seems to me we need to DOGE the hell out of our laws and get rid of the majority of them....but that sure as shit isnt what DT is gonna do. That doesnt garner votes from the squeaky rich wheels that send emails....

I read where average, normal, 9-5 folks with spouse, kids, home etc unknowingly commit an average of 3 felonies a day.

Overdue. Let's get it on a ballot. I garonteeeee it would pass with a huge majority. Let's make it retroactive to all sitting Senators and House Representatives. State and Federal.
