    Yea if the pricing is comparable to aluminum, I think they may have something here.

    Well strike my last post.

    A quick google search showed the boat in the video has an estimated cost of $70,000 so yep that will never take off

    I have a HDPE 40'x16' landing craft/barge rated to haul 40k lbs and will run 36 mph on a clean bottom and no load... Can get on plane and run in the mid 20's with the Kubota M5-111.

    Not trash! Has been a game changer for island work!

    Cool rig. My experience with plastic boats came from a triumph one of my buddies got a “deal” on. It was trash and he couldn’t give the damn thing away.
