I can run any piece of farm equipment and most heavy equipment with proficiency, I’ve been a part of several major wetland restoration projects and led a few. I don’t have a college degree so my resume would likely be tossed aside. 10 years ago I applied and was actually successful in getting an interview for a Tech job at Santee Coastal. They told me point blank “your experience looks great but you don’t have a degree”.

And so here’s where my question comes into play. There are plenty of people who have worked on property and know how to operate equipment and plant but there’s, as I’m sure you know, there is a lot more to managing ducks than operating equipment. Can you say that you took over a property and increased the amount of birds killed over a certain time frame by X?
