So what’s this letter they are posting about on the sporting clay pages on FB?
So what’s this letter they are posting about on the sporting clay pages on FB?
The letter is from France which governs Fitasc. It basically says if you are a certified Fitasc referee and working at a tournament where super sporting is an event, they are revoking your certification. The Fitasc governing body see super sporting as a morphed version of Fitasc, except they don't get any revenue from it. The French can shove it.
Thanks for the information!
If I were a Fitasc ref, I think I'd send them back my cert just for suggesting that. Why shoud they care what else you do during an event as long as it doesn't touch their format? In the business world, that would be considered anti-trust, monopolistic behavior that would land you in court.
They are concerned the popularity of super sporting will hurt participation in Fitasc events. The governing body makes a lot of money from internationally sanctioned events. They basically offer no payouts but charge a lot of money to enter.
Fuk the frenchies....

I stumbled across this on my shelf and re-read it again recently and thought of this thread. I’d recommend it as another must read when the time comes. It’s a little more conceptual for a young shooter to probably understand but would be good for a parent or coach to read. Or anyone who’s interested in how the eyes work not just specific to shooting or golf.

Neither are. They are both games. Soccer is just a gay game, but a game nonetheless.
