Default A shot in the dark

    https://www.gunsinternational.com/gu...01247375#mob-4

The father of a college roommate of mine was a tremendous gun collector many years ago. The gun listed above was sold at the Cabelas in Greenville several years ago.

My buddy doesn’t want the gun back, but simply wants to explain to the new owner the significance and history of the gun.

If you know of this gun, please shoot me a pm

Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

I've never owned a rifle with really pretty wood. Makes me jealous

Brownell was instrumental in the design on Ruger no1's

Yeah that’s the kind of gun you hold onto- pretty sure Brownell worked for Ruger, designed a few of their guns

You know my roommate. His dad had, and he still has, an incredible collection of long rifles. He has tons of Ruger 1’s. This one is special because of the interaction with Brownell, and he would simply like to inform the owner of its value
