Default 2016 f150 6 speed shaft speed sensor?

Every so often I get a wrench light and a code for a shaft speed sensor on my f150.

Little bit of research points to a “lead frame” component in the tranny. Clears after ignition cycle.
How serious is this? Is part of the recall where they will slam into first gear going highway speeds? I’m pretty sure my truck is not covered under that recall.

Will gladly take it to A2Z if needed.

If it is the lead frame it will eventually lead to a no start leaving you stranded somewhere. KRT can probably enter your vin and let you know if its under recall or not, but I've seen two fleet trucks go down with a no start from it. The Transmission shifter loses its "Place" and has no idea what gear it is in and starts to freak out.

I think they updated the recall to cover more year models. 2016 included.

We can enter the VIN. I’ll have the office run it.

    It’s the lead frame.
    More fuel = more boost!!
