    Default Weatherman Guess

Seriously, I can predict better than they can. I consulted with three weather apps yesterday morning and CALLED NOAA local in Columbia to confirm. They were predicting 3.25 inches of rain and 12-14mph wind through today... our totals so far are close to 11 inches of rain and 60mph wind gusts.

You ignore the weather guess and then feel stupid when they get it right and you disregarded it.

You and I were looking at different forecast. Because I saw the warning for the winds. Especially after the 2:00 update yesterday.

Yeah disregard entirely the apps. They are AI junk. Use only the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service as well as your local news guys. The best two social media follows in the Carolina's for our weather are Brad Panovich in Charlotte and Ed Piotrowski in Myrtle Beach. This storm was predicted to do exactly this 3 days ago. Tropical rainfall totals are hard to actually pin down as it depends on if you get stuck under one of the bands of heavy rain or not, but the location, timing and wind/total forecasts have been extremely accurate on this if you used those sources. Stop using weather bug, weather channel etc for your information and you'll be a lot better off.
