    Wind is kicking, raining sideways. Blowing 25-30 with 40mph gusts. They are saying to expect 70-80 mph gusts in the next couple hours.

    Wind is howling. The 1st tree just came down in the neighbors yard. Power on and off. Next couple of hours going to be rough

    A good many trees down around VC Summer Station on Hwy 213. Drive slow around there… I came from Camden and from what I saw around there, things weren’t too bad.

    Power is out across the area with trees down everywhere up here. Thankfully we don’t have any down. Our neighbors do. The USGS rain gauge nearest our mountain cabin has recorded 11” in the past 24 hours and almost 21” in the past 48.

    Well on the bright side, the pole market will pick up…

    Cousin’s house in Anderson has a massive oak through it. Sister won’t have power for at least a week in Augusta. And it looks like I might get to join the fun next week.
