Carolina Beach got 20” of rain. Hwy 17 closed south of Wilmington. Hwy 211 closed at St James. Hwy 311 closed north of Sunny Point. Brunswick county north of Shallotte is a mess.

We need rain. We laid sod on August 23rd, and have had less than a half inch total since.
