Anyone ever mounted one without drilling through the bed? I’ve got one in my personal truck and would like one in my work truck but don’t want to drill through the bed.

Gotta drill through the bed.
You could try some double sided tape on the ribs of the truck bed and then set box on top of them. I would put a good bit of weight on top of the box and let it sit overnight before messing with it.
3m used to make some that was insanely strong, even saw it used in outdoor applications a few times. it had to be removed with a glass scraper or chisel to get it to come off.
That’s about the only alternative I could think of quickly, but if it were mine, personal or company truck I would just bolt it down and roll on.
Or try magnets on the bottom of the toolbox. They could be epoxied or screwed to the bottom of the tool box and then set it in the truck bed. Worst case you would have to layout the corners of the box in the truck bed and mount magnets to the bed as well if for some reason it doesn’t want to hold directly to the truck bed. Probably better than the double sided tape because you could stick a pry bar under the box and easily pop it loose this way when needed to remove or time to change trucks
Amazon shows some disc/cup magnets rated up to 150lbs pull force for $10-$15
But again, if it were mine and this vehicle is driven at highway speeds I would want it bolted down
Drill through the bed then you need a bracket attached to the top to stabilize it or it will rattle without end.
It's easy, text me and I'll send you a Pic.

My last company truck I drilled through bed and put some rivnuts in to bolt down a triangle tool box. Just unbolted and left the rivnuts there when I turned the truck in.
