Anecdotal, but I shoot Barnes VOR-TX 110gr TAC-TX FB out of a 16” Daniel Defense. Surefire SOCOM suppressor, not necessarily the most quiet but gets the job done. Doesn’t do as well in my shorter barrels but seems to like the 16”. This isn’t subsonic but seems to be the best mix of sound suppression and killing performance I’ve found.

That’s what I’ve settled on. Zero at 75 yards, shoots 2” high at 50. Probably 4” low at 100.Originally Posted by BugBuster

The subs are important in dispatching the hogs and trying to not get them to wound up. Thanks for the suggestions.
