I really don’t care much about it, but……. My grandad likes to play

Couple times over the summer we would go hit up the par 3 course in town late on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Anyway, I stopped by a few weeks ago and he was grinning ear to ear when he came to the door so I knew something was up. He told me he had signed me up to play with him in the church golf tournament. He was so happy about it I didn’t have the heart to tell him I would rather deer hunt or dove hunt that morning. And it is a blessing to have a grandfather who is still healthy enough to play like he does at almost 85yrs old so I’m sure it will be a good time and a nice memory to have
