You seem to have good numbers at the start of the season and hold good numbers throughout the season.

Any guesses why that is vs a lot of the other areas of the state?

You'd have to see his place..

2th are we going to shoot doves together this year. I think it's been a year. Either mine or yours.. and no worries about public from me. I played a public golf course yesterday, I'm good with public people for a few years at least.

always the landed gentry complaining about the bourgeoisie trying to have a dove field, deer hunt, or a duck pond.

I thought whoever insulted 2th the most over the year got the invite from him. especially if you just want to work your dog. mine died but I'm willing to get another one if it helps.

All i have heard on here is sunflowers. Maybe plant something else. It may draw more birds since sunflowers seem to be in every 3 acre field. it will either be a boom or bust A fresh cut field will draw birds off dry fields most every time and the hot fields are sometimes unpredictable. I have shot over cuccumbers, corn, millet, sunflower, wheat, and mowed weed fields. All have been good at times.

One of the best hunts I ever had was over a cornfield with cucumbers planted in strips. The cukes had burst open and it was like flies on shit. And I believe Palmetto Bug said he had 35 acres of benne planted.

We plant corn, sunflowers, and millet.. have done extra watermelons, milo, and wheat in the past.. actually still sow wheat as soon as it's legal. Best hunts I've been on were all milo fields, not in this country.. the seconds were cut cotton with broadcasted wheat, next to that old harvested peanut fields with broadcasted wheat. I miss hunting in cotton fields.

I slightly joke at 2th.. I think he knows he can't insult or bother me because I just don't care, I've got a lot of "i don't give a shit".. But he is my buddy.

Our sunflowers have not dried up yet. Have last year's wheat, and this summer's corn and sunflowers planted.

I prefer my sunflowers surrounded by cotton. The birds like the shade and cover from cotton.

Careful, bubba. I got cursed out and was told I'm "far from good" for similar sentiment...
