I make my succotash basically like the corn maque choux.. probably more heavy cream then I need to, and I use pancetta. I like a dust of cayenne in there, sometimes a dash of maple syrup.
I'll simmer that shit all up until it thickens.. wife likes it. I tried to recreate the succotash with scallops that Terra had that she ordered, I like mine now
I did try to recreate the only burger I like at the only fast food place I can tolerate the other day, smashburgers truffle burger.. just with black truffle butter
