    Surgery shortly.
    Prayers up.

I'm often reminded of that hoosier's movie and the preachers kid holding the hand of the short kid before he had to make a big free throw. gene hackman looks over and says "make it a good one".

Let's "Make it a good one" together. RFN. Give it your best shot.

Lord---Janet is in Your hands and the hands of the surgical team. Make it a good one.
    Amen

    Thank you 2th.

    She’s in the OR now.

    Her team seemed amazing

I was in the prep room with her and before they took her back, she asked if she could see Madison. They allowed Madison to come in. We said one more prayer together and we all shed a tear. I tried my best to hold them back but couldn’t. She’s in good hands.

    I’ll keep everyone updated.

Surgery took about 7.5 hours. DR feels good that he was able to remove it all. First test he believes it was dead scar tissue swelling from the radiation and no live tumor. Pathology will confirm. The tissue was causing the vision issues so surgery was needed. CT scan around 8 tonight. MRI in the morning and he’ll know if he got it all and no other issues.

She’s talking, all vitals are good, she remembers everything and knows where she’s at.

Small victory. I’ll take these all the time.

I’m hoping that she now can have some relief, her vision returns to normal, and she have a somewhat “normal” life. This brain thing really knocked her down but she never gave up. What a ride she’s been on.

Again I can’t thank all of you enough. You have been great. Really shows me the character of a bunch of people I’ve met off this site and ones that have never met me.

God is great! Prayers for a speedy recovery.
