Good on Roy Richards. He is doing great things in land conservation. The title of the thread really caught my eye as anyone who has spent time on the Cape in the last 50 years will know the Cape itself ain't expanding.

Roy is a top notch guy with a great life story/history that hard not to appreciate. His outlook and vision was almost unconventional to what most people thought would work. I had the pleasure of working on some of his projects in ACE basin years back when he started buying land down there. His manager hired the firm I was with to help shape some industrial timberland into recreational multiuse properties by restoring them back to a more "natural" state.
Glad to see he is still in the conservation game.
A Nation of Sheep Breeds a Government of Wolves!
If anyone is wanting to view some mosquitoes or deer flies now would be an excellent time to walk this property!
