    Friday Breakfast at the office.

    Last couple days of plowing carbs before getting back into the swing of things... Half day of work today, then off to the track to wrench on some Pro Latemodels. Hot as heck this weekend, temps call for 105+ tomorrow. (dry heat)

    Better half decided she wanted steaks for dinner so T-bones on sale at Ingles got the nod. Grilled to 125 and seared off in the cast iron. Served with spicy mushrooms on top with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled corn on the cob.

    Some stuff. Crab busting, duck ragu with pappardelle, and a salad I've been making this summer, peaches, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and pickled shallots. Kinda tasty.
