Lady dies on beach after being run over by Police
Wife was telling me about this last night (not sure if posted here yet or not but have not seen it ) , lady (66yrs old) run over by Police vehicle patrolling the damn beach ??
Surely more to it than this , or some young cop looking at women or damn phone instead of paying attention?

It never makes it to court. Horry County settles out of court and we never hear the entire story.

Beach is dangerous. POPO running you over on the sand, skin cancer by the pool and sharks and jellyfish in the water... Can't wait to get back next week.

Hate to say it but I had same thoughts as you, hope I am wrong I can see some young “hot shot” LEO on a phone or watching women and being distracted
Like I said HOPE I am dead wrong
Feel for the LEO that was driving , can not imagine his state of mind either

Not too long ago. I think maybe back in April there was a large crowd/party on a Georgia beach. Seems there were several assaults, robberies and shots fired. I can google it if you'd like, and yes, I know it's a rare occurrence.

Happened at IOP spring 2023. 5 or 6 hit shot but nothing life threatening
