USSC just ruled 6-3 ATF doesn't have the ability to change law only congress can do that!
This is really good stuff between this and the pistol braces. Bumps dont turn me on, but it was total BS to reclassify an entire segment of items because you dont like them. The definition was and is 1 pull of the trigger 1 projectile fired a semi auto. 1 pull of the trigger multiple projectiles fired automatic fire.

And the whole bump stock farce started over us not being able to get the real facts (vs the 3-5 renditions offered) of what happened that night in LV.
Now if they would just get rolling on taking suppressors out of the NFA.
