    Your braces are legal, boys.

Now, sell me a suppressor at a gas station, and I'll be as happy as a clam!

I guess 250k people got a free 200$ tax stamp.

Probably another 250k didn't get a stamp because they didnt get processed in the 90 days!

Now that this has happened lets see what happens with their interpretation safer communities act. Their interpretation of FFL's is totally wrong.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

This is great and all, but it the left continues to get elected, I honestly don't think this will stop ATF from conducting raids, harassing people, arresting people for obstructing or resisting etc. It will help the people they are arresting and harassing in the courtroom eventually, but only after a life disrupting, expensive bunch of bull-chips. The slimy politicians in the current administration will continue to find the next way to fuck us all, and if you don't believe me, just look at the whole situation regarding student loan forgiveness...I believe the SC ruled 9-0 that student loan forgiveness was unconstitutional as well.

The left has no qualms breaking the laws, because they control the DOJ, the DAs, and most of the judges in the courtrooms. They prosecute who they want where they want and will warp laws and precedent to get the results they want. They will try to stick DJT in prison, and Hunter will get community service and a commuted sentence. It will take the Supreme Court to keep/get DJT out of prison and the SC can not put Hunter there.

And, BTW, I don't think Hunter should go to prison over the gun/drugs/background check BS, because the 2nd amendment states that his right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed. He and his father should, however, be tried and...if found guilty...hanged for Treason for selling this country's security to enemy countries for personal gain.
“I can’t wait ‘till I’m grown” is the stupidest @!#* I ever said!

Having to wait a year for any kind of clearance clearly demonstrates that these three letter agencies need purging. No private enitity could get away with such slow walking of their assigned duties. Leftists can't make NFA items illegal outright so they use their bureauocratic power to encumber the process and it has almost the same effect.

Congress is most to blame for their quiet abdication of their responsibilities. These bureaucrats are there with the blessing of Congress so Congress can deflect the blame.

I'm approaching the year mark on a BOGO promotion from SiCo. Yeah, it's "free," but it's also freaking ridiculous.

Granted, the ATF is chugging out individual approvals now. However, Trust submission is still slow. If your Trust has a prior approval, then they should be processed just as fast (if not faster than) an individual application.

From what I can tell, my Trust SBR Form 1 should be under a month. We'll see what happens.

Wow, so Sotomeyer says AR15's are unbannable because of common use, meaning there are so many out there they cant be banned, so when do we get suppressors into common use and get them off the NFA list?
