Be aware, this is the next thing they will go after Trump for. Convicted felon with a firearm. Not that it matters because Trump has a secret service team for his safety but the state of NY is revoking his gun permit. I wouldn't be surprised if the FBI didn't roll up to Mar-a-Lago to search his home for firearms or ammunition. That would be a slam dunk case to put him in prison.

What are the odds-on jail time? I can't imagine NY going through all of this mess just to get a guilty verdict, then letting him go with a fine or probation.

From what I'm hearing, Trump is unlikely to get jail time. Remember the judge already said he didn't want to jail him when he violated the gag order. And since he has no prior criminal record he would get something like house arrest at worst.
