    Just wanted to express how proud I am of my daughter,, her and her team were one game away from the state championship this season.. she ended up with 175 strikeouts with 280 batters faced 1.03 ERA , 8 true HRs finished top 5 in slugging percentage for the state public and private and top 5 in k’s in the state. Was one vote shy for player of the yr in her division only being beat out by a senior that is going to Charleston Southern next yr to pitch. She will be going into 9th grade next yr,,, the next 4 yrs will be fun

    Thats awesome. We finished our regular season recreation games tonight. Outscored our opponents 137-50. Not bad for 8U softball. I remember you telling me how fast it would go by. And you didn't lie.

    She is at a gym 3x a week right now doing a modified version of CrossFit, she has a trainer and she told me the other day that “ the first day of next season starts when the last day of this season ends” she is working to get her legs stronger and her core stronger
