You sit and wait. You will receive and email at the same time your dealer does. There's absolutely no reason to bother your dealer or attempt to contact the ATF. Neither one of them will provide you an answer.

I had a suppressor that was over a year in. I called, fella looked at it and said it’s pending but let me move it up.

It was approved the following week. It could have been coincidence but it doesn’t hurt to call.
