Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I’ve got a 21 300 Yamaha on the Sea Hunt and I’ve not done any type of winterizing. But I’ve never winterized any outboard I’ve owned in 30 years. Just run it every month or so.

I wish I could find that internet vid I saw last night.. "I'm not built for this". I wore this fancy golf hoodie yesterday, first time ever in a hoodie.. felt like 21 jump street.
I don't think I've ever winterized an outboard.. other then running the fuel out, little things like that.
Winterize? If I do pull one of my boats all I do is check the gear oil to make sure no water in gearcase. Heading to the gulf coast for a change in a couple of weeks if the weather is right.

Just put some weed eater string in the pee hole, and remove the empty beer cans.
