    Default Fertilizer Cost

Anyone priced out fertilizer recently? Typically use triple 17 and dont have the equipment (or scale) to have a bulk load delivered and/or spread so have to use 30 +/- bags. Ag supply in Monroe and Tractor supply seem pretty high. Anyone else have it at a decent (relatively speaking) price? I can use 10-10-10 as well, but a lot more effort that i would prefer to avoid.

Find 19-19-19. Use a little less and no filler.

I use Carolina Eastern in Chester. Mostly because they are convenient.

Call Carolina Eastern in Chester and ask for triple 19.

They'll have it in bags and bulk.

My buddy in Rock Hill gets his out of NC somewhere, but it's most definitely in bulk and delivered in tenders.

Shiiiiiit, everything has went through the fucking roof, thanks to dumbass Biden. Even buckwheat which used to be one of the cheapest seeds you could buy is now at $80 thanks to the damn yuppies for using the shit in pancakes etc.

Elgin Feed and Garden Center on 521 in Lancaster is about the cheapest around that area on fertilizer pricing by the bag in my past experience.

Mineral springs sells in bulk and they will spread it as well.

There's also a place on 601 on the left hand side going towards monroe just past Whitleys.

I called Carolian Eastern in Spartanburg yesterday to get prices for my food plots.
17/17/17 was $661.50 per ton, in the bag so $16.54 per 50 lb bag.
    10/10/10 was $541.50

    Before tax.

They have come to my place before and spread lime, but told me they wouldnt do a bunch of different food plots. Just talked to them about prices per bag and he told me i should buy it bulk and offered it up to spread it. Told him it was 12 different patches - between 1/4 acre and an acre - but a total of 6 acres and he said he would do it. Fertilizer is the damn devil on my equipment - especially the spreader - so happy to pay to not have to haul it, load it, spread it, clean all my shit up, for a $150 or so more.

    Thanks for pointing that out.

I've had him spread lime for several times . Burt and Crystal are good people. I buy my fertilizer from Elgin because they are closer to my property but they don't spread lime.

I'm in Flat Creek by the way. I also have property off of Dudley rd.
